These Terms of Service govern your use of ServiqoAI's AI-powered call answering and appointment scheduling service. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

The Service

ServiqoAI provides an AI receptionist that answers calls on your business's behalf, extracts lead information, checks and books appointments on a connected calendar, and sends related follow-up communications. Included features may be updated or expanded over time.

Pricing & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate shown at signup.
• Each plan includes up to 500 calls per month. Additional calls beyond that are billed at $0.50 per call.
• There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card information.

Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining your own voice platform account (Vapi) and any associated costs.
• You are responsible for providing accurate business information used to configure your AI receptionist.
• You are responsible for connecting and maintaining access to your own calendar for scheduling.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

While ServiqoAI is designed to reliably answer calls and book appointments, we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, such as a specific number of bookings, revenue increase, or customer conversion rate.

Service Availability

We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ServiqoAI depends on third-party providers (including Vapi, OpenAI, Google, and Stripe), and outages on their end may affect service availability.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

ServiqoAI is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
